Master plan and construction documents for a 12-acre park expansion. Bille Park is located in Paradise, CA. Design elements include a kitchen and pavilion with seating for 150 people; a matching gazebo; a pond and waterfall system harnessed from a seasonal swale and spring; two pedestrian bridges over the pond area; hiking trails and ADA accessible trails from the existing park.
