Land Image provided master planning services, construction documents and construction administration for this $35 million project located in Redding, California. Completed Spring 2005, landscape features include a terraced courtyard entrance, a water feature with a twelve foot waterfall and a plaza area with benches and tables. Five types of palms were installed throughout the site including sixteen-foot date palms. Named Best of California at the 2005 California Construction Awards, the project finished a month ahead of schedule and $500,000 under budget.
