The city of Redding was interested in creating a working plaza between City Hall and Council Chambers. Land Image created this plaza with stage and fountains suitable for events, entertainment, weddings, etc.. Integral to this plaza is the matching design of the parking lot to facilitate farmers market, craft fairs, and large community concerts. This 8 acre master plan and phased construction drawings including public gardens, fountains, plaza and parking lot design and a central computerized irrigation system. Initial budget: phase one-$300,000, ultimate budget $1,400,000.
