A Mediterranean style plaza located in Chico, CA. Land Image services for the project include master plan and construction documents. The master planning process included some consultation in parking lot and building layout. Site amenities include monument signs arched over two site entries; large courtyard areas with unique colored and patterned concrete, a trellis covered seating area, decorative seat walls and two custom water features.
